If you would like to carry out your first test transports at short notice, you will need to open a deposit account.

If you have decided to use Kombiverkehr for your transport operations in future, you will need to take part in the kombiPAY30 payment procedure, for which you will need the following documents:
- Terms of payment for new customers
Please read the kombiPAY30 payment terms agreement carefully and send the completed, signed original document by post to Kombiverkehr GmbH & Co. KG, Finance and Accounting, Zum Laurenburger Hof 76, 60594 Frankfurt am Main.
- Annex 1: Directly enforceable guarantee
Please complete the directly enforceable guarantee and send the signed form by post to Kombiverkehr GmbH & Co. KG, Finance and Accounting, Zum Laurenburger Hof 76, 60594 Frankfur am Main.
- Annex 2: SEPA Direct Debit Mandate
You will receive the original form for the SEPA direct debit mandate separately by e-mail from our colleagues in Finance & Accounting when the procedure is opened. You can download a SAMPLE version in advance for your information.
- Appendix 3: Contact person
Please complete the "Contact person" form on your PC and send it by post to Kombiverkehr GmbH & Co. KG, Finance & Accounting, Zum Laurenburger Hof 76, 60594 Frankfurt am Main or by e-mail to neukunde@kombiverkehr.de
Please note that participation in the kombiPAY30 payment procedure is only possible after a successful credit check.
