With the deposit account, we give you the opportunity to process test transports or transports to be carried out at short notice quickly and easily. For long-term transports with Kombiverkehr, please use the kombiPAY30 payment method, which offers you financial advantages by extending the payment term.
Before each transport starts, you pay the freight amount due for the planned transports into your deposit account after consultation with the responsible sales employee. You pay the freight amount either per order or you pay a deposit amount for several transports at once, which is reduced with each order processing. You will receive the necessary transport authorization for the transport connection you require from your sales representative immediately after receipt of payment. Once the freight amount paid has been "used up", you can either make a further deposit payment within the limited period of use in consultation with the national or international transport staff or join the kombiPAY30 payment procedure.
ADVANTAGE:
- You can have the deposit account set up within a very short time, for example if you want to carry out a test transport with Kombiverkehr or if your transports are imminent and the opening of the kombiPAY30 payment procedure has not yet been completed.
DISADVANTAGES:
- You must pay your freight costs in advance. You do not benefit from an extended payment term.
- You need a transport authorization for each individual transport, even if you are using an existing transport connection a second time.
- The transport authorization will only be issued after receipt of payment or if there are sufficient funds to cover any higher advance payment.
- Use of the deposit account is limited in time and only possible for a maximum of three months.
